We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If any of our products is not functioning as intended for your needs, you may request a full refund within the first 15 days of your subscription.

You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 15 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date.
- The service is not functioning as intended for your needs — for example, features are not working as described, tools are producing consistently inaccurate results, or the platform is experiencing persistent technical issues that prevent normal use.
How to Request a Refund

- The product name (e.g., SEOAi SuperHero, Resume SuperHero)
- A brief description of the issue — what is not functioning as intended for your needs
- Your approximate subscription start date
Our team monitors this inbox and will respond to your request within 2 business days. If your request meets the eligibility criteria above, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe).
- Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will end.
What Is Not Covered
- Requests made after the 15-day window has passed.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results that are functioning as designed (AI outputs vary and are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes).
- Failure to use the product during the 15-day period does not extend the refund window.
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
Cancellation Without Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. If you cancel outside the 15-day refund window, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations outside the refund window.
